Paraprofessional to Teacher Advancement Pathway (P-TAP)

The new completely remote CU Denver Paraprofessional to Teacher Advancement Pathway (P-TAP) is a flexible pathway intentionally designed for working instructional paraprofessionals.  P-TAP Fellows maintain their paid instructional paraprofessional position throughout the program and use that position for job-embedded field experience and to complete course assignments.  Fellows are immersed in an inclusive, supportive community with peers, faculty, and staff throughout the program and graduate prepared to support the learning of diverse students.  All courses are available online after 5:00 p.m. in a variety of synchronous and asynchronous offerings.
